I asked Karmela if she had fun trick-or-treating.  She replied, “Mom, I don’t understand why we had to walk around all night asking for candy, when we can just go to the store and buy it.”  
~Note to self:  don’t bring the kids with you to buy the big bag of candy for neighborhood trick-or-treaters.

        
  Bly’s cars were strewn all over the bedroom floor.  I asked Bly to clean up the cars.  He said, “The cars are in the water Mommy, the carpet is the water.”  I said, “Oh, I didn’t know cars could swim.’’  Bly replied, “Oh, no cars can’t swim, they’re drowning.”
